My Journey to Thrive

After several years of different types of physical trauma, emotional pain, and the loss of my mother, I reached a breaking point early last year when a severe illness forced me to confront my mortality. This pivotal moment led me to leave toxic environments and embark on a transformative journey through Asia, where I sought healing and clarity. Immersing myself in Ayurvedic therapies, mindfulness, meditation, and Reiki, I experienced profound synchronicities—encounters with symbolic wheels and sacred spaces—that awakened a deep spiritual connection.

Returning home, I felt liberated, grounded, and alive in ways I had never imagined. Reiki helped release years of stored trauma, while mindfulness and meditation allowed me to find peace and thrive in mind and body. This journey restored my well-being and inspired me to share these life-changing tools with others, helping them find balance, clarity, and freedom.
